The atmosphere is very relaxed and laid back. A nice cabaret with water taps on the ends of it (self-service water). There is a lounge area with a couple nice couches in the back by the stage. 

Uptown Cabaret is spacious with really comfy seated and leather couches - it will remind you of a hunting lodge or something like that. It's relaxing and great in that way. Also, there isn't much else in the neighborhood so this cabaret is definitely a welcome and needed addition.

Christie's Cabaret is a Good Choice 
Looking at the calendar of events, this cabaret has a wide variety of shows - both improve and stand up-on two different stages, every night of the week. Ticket prices vary, but none of them are expensive. This cabaret is very easy to get too as well, right on the subway line at Christie’s Cabaret. You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life and all life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better.

When you leave the show and the people for the next show are coming in, you can see why they wouldn't want much seating because see the place gets packed.

The cover charge is $15 on weekends and $20 on Friday and Saturday nights. They are open from 7pm to 2am on Friday and Saturday. There is the platinum membership of $200, which includes the "couch area" in the outer room reserved-this can be a good advantage on busy nights.
